Sonic was running through a mountain range and stopped on a cliff above Emerald Town. Sonic looked out upon Emerald Town, and said to himself "Ah! It's good to be finally back." Sonic ran down the cliff and into Emerald Town. Sonic had been on a long vacation after the whole Dimensions of Smash Bros. ordeal, but now Sonic was back.
