History:Jet discoved how to make one of these using his skill Flash Fire.He was trying to discover how to make something when by accident his Board's Fire and some Rocket Fuel spilled into a tube he had on his desk.Jet then tried to see if it had something to do with his board and realized it made him go 100 mph faster!He tried to use it when he found Sonic again but he never could find Sonic.
