Special Attacks: Aqua tornado(huge tornado hits opponent) 25 damage 25 SP, Spray (puts out fires) 10 SP, Hydro Wave 30 damage 35 SP,Surf (Jet surfs on wave on his gear for 2 turn and then runs into opponent) 30 SP. Opponent can't attack for 1 turn) 15 damage 35 SP

History: Jet had to help his friends save Babylon Garden. He generated his power to water and,Bam,he turned into Aqua form. Aqua form is swift and is not effected by water attacks.

You need to add SP for the attacks and is it 30 SP to turn into it or is it per turn?
