Frank ran a little farther. "It's just up here!" He yelled running into an old store. He pointed at a stack of cardboard boxes. "Up there, there is a hatch that leads to the hideout, open it and go in. I'm going to the gun shop just around the corner for some weapons!"

"Okay," Sonic said to Frank. "Make sure to hurry up." Sonic motioned for Mario and Ike to follow him and the three of them ran for the hatch that leads to the hideout.

"I'll be fine." Frank assured. "I'll be back soon!" He said running at the gun shop, shooting zombies along the way. He turned the corner and was out of site from Mario, Sonic, and Ike when they heard a scream. "Aaaaaaaaagh!!!!!!!" "Isabela!!" Suddenly, Frank ran back with a woman his age on his back. "Take her up with you...I'll be back, we still need supplies...With Isabela and Ike's condition, it looks like we'll be here a while. I'll get some guns, then I'll run and get some food at the supermarket. Whatever you guys do, don't leave the hideout." He said lowering Isabela down to Sonic and turning towards the gunshop again.

Mario ran after Frank, "If it's as dangerous as you say then I'm coming," Mario said, "You can't carry all of the weapons and supplies on your own," Mario finished boldly as he caught up with Frank and turned around, "Sonic, do you think you could manage here on your own?" Mario asked as he looked around the mall and saw Zombies starting to move in.

"Sure," Sonic said, "I just need to bring Ike and Isabela to the hideout." Sonic picked up Ike, and him and Isabela ran into the hideout. I can't believe I get stuck with the lame job... Sonic thought to himself once he got into the hideout.

Meanwhile, Amew was sleeping in his box near the hideout. The zombies completely ignored the box.

Sonic looked out of the hideout and saw a box with a tail sticking out of it. Amew? He thought to himself. Before he jumped out of the hideout he told the people there that Ike needed to be vaccinated. Once he was out of the hideout he ran towards the box as fast as he could and pulled it off of Amew. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Huh?" Amew said, waking up. "Oh, I guess I just fell asleep here." He said as he scratched the back of his head.

"Well... This isn't the best place to take a nap." Sonic said. After he said that he looked around himself to see the zombies had noticed them and they had surrounded the two of them. "Hey Amew, you looking for action?" Sonic asked half-jokingly.

"I don't think we have much of a choice here." Sonic said confidently to Amew. Sonic motioned for Amew to follow him. "C'mon Amew! I could use the help!." Sonic said gleefully as he jumped into the horde of zombies and did a spin kick hitting all the zombies around him mirroring what he did before.

"We better get to the hideout Amew!" Sonic said as he began to clear a path of zombies on the way to the hideout for Amew to follow.

Frank and Mario run towards the gun shop. "The gun shop's up here, and the super market's the other way, across hallway and to the left!"

On top of the hideout, Tails was frantically trying to get away from the zombies "HELP M-M-ME!!!!!" he screamed as one of them caught him by the Tails, he tried to fly but the zombie held him fast

Who could be in trouble now..... Sonic thought to himself when he heard the cry for help. But when he turned around to see who it was to his astonishment it was Tails. Tails! What is he doing here?! Sonic thought urgently to himself. I gotta help him! Sonic fought off a few more zombies before saying, "Sit tight Amew, I gotta help him!" Sonic dashed through the zombies as fast as he could quickly dispatching all that came his way as he rushed to Tails. "Hang on buddy!" Sonic yelled to Tails as he jumped up into the air and kicked the zombies who were holding Tails to the ground. This allowed Tails to fly back up in the air again. "You alright?" Sonic asked Tails once the he was back in the air.

"Do you think we should split up?" Mario asked as he whacked a few Zombies that came near him, "I think we could gather the supplies more quickly that way," Mario finished as he looked at the super market and added, "I could get what we need from the super market,"

Frank looked at the gunshop up ahead. "Good idea! I'll go to the gunshop, don't forget to get some medicine in case someone gets hurt from something other than zombies." He said as he punched a zombie in his way.

"Gotcha!" Mario replied as he and Frank split up and Mario ran into the super market. He made his way around the store with a grocery cart gathering all of the necessary supplies. About ten minutes later he came out of the store and ran towards the Gun Shop. Mario walked inside the store, still holding the kart as he said, "Frank, you there?"

Oh, man.... Amew thought as he was being surrounded. Again. There's way too may of them.....I was only taught how to deal with three or less enemies, but..... He thought as one zombie lunged at him. Amew quickly threw him into 4 other zombies. That was easy....

Frank turned towards Mario with several briefcases in his hands and several guns under his arms. "Yeah! We'd better hurry and get back to the hideout!" He said when suddenly a large crashing sound came from the roof. "What the hell?!" Frank turned and saw a large, bulky figure standing before him. "A Psychopath! They're survivors from the mall that, as they're name implies, become psychotic!" Frank dropped all the guns except for a shotgun. "Mario, I'll deal with this guy. In the meantime, try to keep the zombies from interfearing!"
