Vehicle's Capability: When Kia is too lazy to walk... he'll rido on his bike instead.

History: There isn't muvh to say about it. But of what I read in the game is, that there are only 1100 Harley-Davidson XAs on the world. It doesn have that high speed to an average Motorbiker. Since Kia was experienced, he was able to control the bike with full speed.
