Secondary Character Creation Unlocked! (Announcement)

Alright, I've decided since Sonic has been inactive for over a month that I'll temporarily take control of all Secondary Character Creations. So... If you've met all of the requirements listed in the creation section and you wish to make your Secondary Character, please feel free to do so anytime.
I have already created my Secondary Character as an example on how to make the title and how long and detailed the template should be filled out.
Please remember that I'll be temporarily approving these. So as soon as they're approved they're fine to be used in topics until Sonic returns, then he will double check to see if everything's alright.

So, if you want to make your Secondary Character, you can do so now.
