They're just chatting. It is the 'Chat' section, after all. Fawful was just giving Flame some advice, even though it went of for a little while...

There's not too many locked things on the site but stuff like the list of boss's is.(I tried to make a boss to add in the list in topic boss battle regerstion but that got deletled.) If someones chatting with someone else it should'nt be locked thought.
