What does it do: Let's me grab onto ledges and pull opponents towards me

Long or short range: Long

History: I was in a Water Temple and I was looking for the boss. The only way I saw was to somehow grab a hook on the wall. I couldn't find out how. I eventualy found a chest with the Hookshot inside.
