What does it do: Jiggly charges up a punch that is suprisingly strong

Long or short range: Short Range

History: This punch has saved Jiggly many many times. It is surprisingly strong for Jiggly Puffs size. It is strengthened by the center of gravity in Jiggly Puff when he sleeps. He uses this to finish off his weakened or asleep opponents. It is the Falcon Punch of Pokemon. It takes a quick second to redo if he misses, but being at close range it is rare that he misses.
