What does it do: It shoots a bubble made of lead at the opponent. This may hit more than one opponent if Mega Man shoots up.

How much Units: 10 for one enemy. 15 for multiple enemies.

How much Damage: 40 for one enemy. 20 for additional enemies.

History: After defeating Heat Man, Mega Man and Mario got information that Bubble Man was at the Great Sea, located 1,230 miles north from Dr. Light's lab. After arriving, they already ran into trouble as 3 Croakers got in their way. With the help of a speeding blue blur, however, they proceeded. The blue blur, known as Sonic, ran out of breath when they reached Bubble Man. This leaved the duo to fight Bubble Man alone. After a tough fight, they managed to narrowly escape defeat as they gone back to Dr. Light's lab to get information where the next robot master would be found...
