What does it do: (How does your character perform the attack?) He charges his Proto Buster for a turn (HE posts, and then teh next time he posts it's released) then he shoots it at full force at his enemy

How much Damage: (How much damage does it do?) 60

History: (How did you learn the attack? What has your character done with it?) Protoman has used this to fight with Megaman, no matter who it is. He has known this for a long time; it was one of the moves he just happened to know after his creation. (I'm guessing; i dun know how he found it out >.O ) It has always served him well, and always pulled him through. He's still here today, so obviously he hasn't been killed yet, so this must be very helpful.

Make the SP 35 and your good to go, with you having to charge and all.
