History: Blue eco is on of the minor eco types that are found throughout Jak's world, it is equal to red, yellow & green eco but minor to Dark, Light & white. Blue eco is the eco of movement that is why it allows jak to slow time, It is vey abundant and simple to harness unlike Dark eco no experiments must be performed. Jak learned to harness this type of eco as a young boy in sandover village and use it to his advantage to perform abilities and do things much quicker.
