What the Vehicle does: car/grapple hook, nothing other then gripping. Does NO damage, unless throwed (at wall), which does 5.

History: Fawful once broke in to a lab once. He saw a grapple hook, and of course, grapped it. When the scientist saw him walking out of the lab, fawful pushed a random button on the back and the grapple hook was a car now, and he zoomed away. He found out it was the only one in the world, that grapple/car thing. He decided to bring for gripping, but also for quick get aways.
