Overcharged blaster

This is a custom ability, I doubt it actually exists ( that would be weird if it did o_o)

Name: Protoman

Name of Skill/Ability: Overcharge

What does it do: Briefly charges his blaster and fires it, which launches 4 bolts. He can focus them on one enemy or launch them to various enemies. The spheres cause a miniature explosion upon impact.

How much Skill Points: 40 (10 per bolt, he can fire one bolt if he has 10 skill points left, etc)

How much Damage: 25 per bolt

History: Once, on a stormy day, Protoman was struck by lightning while travelling. He was knocked unconscious. When he awoke, his entire body was supercharged. He could run much faster, and jump higher. His protoblaster was glowing. He experimentally shot the blaster, which shot 4 spheres, each of them exploded when they came in contact with something. The explosion was weak, but he assumed he'd be able to use it for something. He lost the other electrified abilities, but learned how to harness the powers of the overcharged blaster, and could now use power in his body to perform this anytime.
