What does it do: Often used for up close assassinations, or if warranted, diving onto the target from afar.

History: Altair received this when he first joined the Assassin's Brotherhood. It is one of the basic weapons given to those who chose to follow the path of the assassin. The blade folds back against the user's wrist when unused, but snaps into place when the user flicks their wrist.
