What does it do: Used to take out targets from afar, they are incredibly accurate when in skilled hands

History: Altair received these at the same time as his other weapons upon joining the Assassin's Brotherhood. Altair has three separate holsters for his throwing knives, two on his sides and one on his right shoulder.
