Name of Skill/Ability: Mind Challenge

What does it do: Silver telepathicaly asks the opponent questions and if they get it wrong, 10 damage is done.

History: Silver learned to do this at a young age. When he was 9, he learned this move by telepathicaly talking to his friends, onetime he asked a question and the friend answered wrong and they got hurt. Silver now learned how to control this.
