What does it do: Hotsuma uses these to attack from long distances and stun his foes (stuns based on the number on the dice. 1-3= 1 post, 4-6= 2 posts. Can only be used 3 times per fight)

History: These are one of the many basic tools ninja use. These particular shuriken are imbued with small bursts of electric energy to stun their chosen target. Hotsuma uses them frequently when fighting large groups of enemies, usually in groups of 2 or 3 at a time. Occassionally, he will use an entire cache in one big burst. He wears them attached to the bracers he wears on each forearm.
