What does the Vehicle do: It ables Eevee to jump much more higher and it ables Eevee to be much more fast. Eevee is also able to jump on the enemies with his Skateboard.

History: Eevee loved to ride on his Skateboard. He even called it 'Checker'. When Eevee needs to send a letter from his Trainer to another Trainer, he hops on his skateboard and skates. He was A Sk8erBoy! Eevee was sooo fast. He could deliver 5 letters in just 40 seconds.
