Kaio-ken

Name: Goku

Name of Skill/Ability: Kaio-ken

What does it do: Goku glows red and his strength increases. Once I use Kaio-ken I don't do anything the turn I use it but then my next post I use an attack that does double in damage. Example: Goku hits someone with a punch, the person hits Goku, Goku uses Kaio-ken and he does no damage to his opponent, then his opponent hits Goku, then Goku uses a Kamehameha and instead of 3 dice rolls it does 6. And I still have to use my skill points for the Kamehameha. Note: I can only use this when he is not in a form.

How much Skill Points: 15

History: Goku learned this from King Kai when he trained with him in the Other World. Goku has used this many times, like against Vegeta, Turles, Dr. Wheelo, Lord Slug, Cooler, and Frieza. But when Goku learns how to become a Super Saiyan he usually dosen't use this form anymore.

Wait,Goku has to "Turn" Into Kaio-ken,so shouldn't this be a form?

Well... Goku really only uses Kaio-ken for one attack and then he's done until he uses it again. It's pretty much just in the video games it's a form for some reason (except for legendary super warriors it's an attack in that.) Also it's sort of an ability in the Budokai Tenkaichi games. So... I'm just gonna stick with this.

Ahh,I only have Budokai 3,and he uses Kaio-ken untill I use a different tranformation,or until I die
