History: Originally Super Saiyan 2 was first discovered by Goku's son; Gohan. Gohan used this form against Cell in the Cell games after seeing his friends attacked and the gentle Android 16 destroyed before his very eyes by Cell. This form increases a users speed, strength and every sense above even a Super Saiyan. Goku learned this transformation when he was in Other World in the gap between the Cell Games saga and the Majin Buu saga.
