Name of Vehicle: Steel Wings

What does the Vehicle do: It let's Megaman fly even when he turned into Hub.

History: Megaman recieved these wings in a battle against an unkown Navi with angelic wings. Megaman lost against the unknown Navi. But the UN (Unknown Navi) wanted Megaman to become stronger. He installed a program into Megaman letting him summon some wing out of his back. It was usefull to him. After he recieved it. The UN disappeared...
