Name of Skill/Ability: Instant Transmission

What does it do: Goku can teleport anywhere in the universe instaniously. He can also use it in conjunction with attacks. Example: Goku teleports behind someone and punches them.

How much Skill Points: 5 SP

History: When Goku was traveling home from Namek he met a race of people called the Yardrats. They healed Goku until he was better, and then Goku went back to Earth. But while Goku was there he learned the Instant Transmission teqnique.
