Name of Skill/Ability: Ki Blasts

What does it do: Goku shoots blasts of energy from his hands. 2 dice rolls.

How much Skill Points: 5 per attack.

History: Goku learned this around his training with King Kai. Obviously though since Goku already knew the Kamehameha, ki blasts probably weren't much trouble for Goku to learn since the Kamehameha is a beam of ki.
