History: Oh great.....another skill that not much is known of! I'll tell you what I know and maybe make up some history along with it! Chaos Spear was first and only (for now) found in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. In order to use it though, you needed 40 rings to use it this time. It hurts the opponment badly! Anyway, on to the custom part! Now-a-days, Shadow uses it often and I mean it, OFTEN! By the way, I'm listening to Scatman!

Please make this cost 30SP for 20 damage. Sorry I'm going around and checking people's creations.

Hey, change it. I noticed you edited the skill after Kirby approved it. You could get banned for that.

If you guys wanna do high damage and don't wanna lose so much SP then make it cost 10 more than the damage it does. For example:
30 Damage = Costs 40 SP
35 Damage = Costs 45 SP

I actually got an idea to do high damage without using much SP. But it will be my secret. And people... please! Do it like this!
