Why am i 2-D...

Ike was chasing a Dry bones out of Crimea and hunted it down to make sure it was gone. Instead he found it going into a portal, leading to Flipside. He saw the dry bones go in, and ( because he was curious ) poked his head through. By accident, he fell through and landed flat on his face. But his face wasn't the only thing that was flat. " ok " he said angrily " why am i 2-D???"

Sol sighed as he entered Flipside from Rouge Port, checking to see if he was still 2-D. He was. "Okay, this is really beginning to be a pain in the-" Before he could finish his sentence, Sol heard Ike. "Who's there?"

As Ike noticed Sol Badguy, he wondered what is going on... he ran up to Sol Badguy " What are you doing here? and why are we 2-D?"

"I could ask you the same thing..." Sol replied, spinning Fuuenken in his hand and rolling his neck a bit. "Well, to answer your first question, I'm trying to find a place that doesn't make me 2-D, and as for why we are 2-D, I have no clue..."

" no wonder the Dry Bones came here... " Ike mumbled " I was chasing a Dry bones out of Crimea and we wound up here " Ike didn't give the details because he would of just embaress himself

Sol just stood there, not really having anything to say. Before he could even flinch, he heard footsteps coming up from behind them and spun around to find himself face to face with Ky. "Oh. It's just you. Next time, just call out my friggin' name, boyscout. I nearly fried you." Sol said to Ky as he turned his attention back to Ike. "Just be happy I'm not here to arrest you, Sol." Ky replied, looking at Ike. "And who might this be?"

" I'm Ike and you are Ky, i believe" Ike said " Sol here has told me stories about you " In his mind he added nobody said they were good stories... he thought with a suppressed laugh.

"I see... And I presume in these stories Sol speaks ill of me?" Ky asked, raising an eyebrow. "Not like you'd be surprised if I did." Sol muttered.

"Um..." Ike wondered was it better to lye to Ky ( that rhymes! lol ) or better to tell the truth about Sol Neither. Hmm how bout we just change the subject... " Anyway can you help me get back to Crimea? " He said, changing the subject all together

"Can't give directions to a place I've never been to." Sol answered, shrugging. "Unfortunately, the same applies to me." Ky said as he adjusted his gloves.

"You may have a point there..." " Maybe Emil can help me. his doggy thing looks like it can sense things."

"Who the hell is Emil?" Sol asked. "And what do you mean by doggy-thing, exactly?" Ky said, following up Sol's question with his own.

"A talking hedgehog..." Sol muttered, looking at Sonic and then sniffing the air. "Okay... Am I going crazy?" he then asked. "If you are, then I am as well." Ky said to Sol.

(If you don't get the sniffing the air thing, I ain't tellin')

"Sol Badguy." Sol said to Sonic as he crossed his arms. "My name is Ky Kiske. It's nice to meet you." Ky said to Sonic, holding out a hand for the blue hedgehog to shake.

"You could say that." Sol answered. "Trust me. You get used to it quickly." Ky told Sonic. "And that's supposed to mean...?" Sol asked, glaring at Ky.

"My thoughts exactly." Ky muttered. "Whatever. The boyscout'll get what's coming to him in a day or so anyways..." Sol said to them as he sat down on a rock and stabbed Fuuenken into the ground. Ky just shook his head.

"Maybe. Either that or his wife or son will want a go at him..." Sol replied. "My wife? Sin, I could understand him wanting to fight me, but my wife?! What have I ever done to her?" Ky asked, somewhat confused. "Let's see... You placed her in a time-freezing seal, for one. That'd be enough to make any girl mad, Gear or not." Sol said in a witty tone. "She was disappearing into thin air. What else was I supposed to do?"

"If one of your colleagues turned you and your girlfriend into living weapons of mass destruction, you would have issues too." Sol said to Sonic harshly. "In all honesty, I have no excuse for my so-called 'issues'" Ky muttered, shrugging.
