Speed Strike

Name of Standard Attack:Speed Strike

Type of attack: He charges his blade and slices

What does it do: It normally does more damage the more you charge, but it is my standard so for now it's just ten. What it does is he charges( with a little blue spark at the top ) and release.

Long or short range: Short

History:( there isn't much history but I can put in as much as i can :)Ike uses his Ragnell and charges it to attack and it kinda looks a little blue. so pretty much the same as Fire Blade, the more you charge it, the more damage it does.So if you battled a monster with 30 hp slicing will do 10 damage, charging for 20, and charging to it's fullest for 30

Well you only really need one standard attack because it gets stronger as you do. But I guess you could have more than one if you want.
