What does it do: Fires 3 blasts every time you pull the trigger

Long or short range: Medium range

History: This weapon is made specialy for Netko, it chanels weak amounts of his electrcial energy to the gun, only he can use this weapon because of this. The damage for every shot is 10

Well the Standard Attack for your level has to be 10 damage so could you change it to that?
