Name of Skill/Ability:Hoshi Hikari(Star Light)

What does it do:Creates a sword of stars that is swug in a star pattern then user blasts cannon of light.

How much Skill Points:40

How much Damage:25

History:Flame was tought by his father this ability but Flame never had the power to use it until second half of season 2 of my show Sonic Generations.
