What does it do: Sonic spins in a circle so fast he creates a blue tornado.

History: In Sonic Heroes, Sonic decided to attack multiple enemys at once in the air, and he went so fast he created a tornado. Sonic is also seen using this again in Sonic Next-Gen when he buys a green gem he gets the ability to use the Sonic Tornado.
