What does it do: Puts enemies to sleep so Jiggly can beat them senseless for 1 turn

How much Skill Points: 10

How much Damage: 0

History: Jiggly uses this when the enemy is either to fast or two strong. They stay asleep for 1 turn. Jiggly Puff sometimes does a hit and run. Such as a Pokemon poacher. He will get angered if you fall asleep to a performance. He then draws on your face. Finishing it off with Pound for dramatic effect. His anger then goes down.

Hold on. How long do they stay asleep for? And in the games, Sing doesn't do any damage. Maybe make the Skill Points 10? And try to make your history a little longer. Sorry if I may be acting rude, but I'm trying to help.
