Mega Man shoots the Black Fungus, finishing the fight. Mega Man hears a beep. "Oh! Dr. Light!" Mega Man answered the call. "I'm doing good! ...Yes, the Heartless are getting taken down as we speak. ...Was there any signs of Wily? Yes, a Big Eye. ...What?! Took off with the prototype?! ...Yes, Wily would do something like that, wouldn't he? Alright, I shall retrieve the prototype." Mega Man turned to Xalgon. He was about to speak when a strange robot stepped in. "L-365! You aren't completed yet! Head back to the lab!" The prototype appeared like he was trying to speak. Finally, words were able to be made out. "Light shall die. You shall die. Your friend shall die. This world shall die." "What about Wily!? If the world dies, so will Wily..." "World dies plus Wily does not compute. Upload Extermination program." L-365 had transformed! He had fins on his head, and his legs were gone, leaving him floating. "No holding back, Xalgon! L-365 was designed to be a multi-purpose robot, meaning he has many transformations!"

"More or less a project. Potential friendship could've been had..." Mega Man responded, shooting L-365 for 40 damage. Dust started to form around L-365. He seemed invisible inside the dust from the dirt. Suddenly, L-365 came dashing out, sending Xalgon flying and dealing 15 damage.

Does a quick flip and slides across the ground to recover. "He used to be the good guy then?" Uses Dashing Slice again.

"Technically, yes..." Mega Man watched as Xalgon "destroyed" L-365. L-365 reappeared as a new form. Mega Man sighed, and shot L-365, dealing 40 damage. L-365 this time made his fist enlarge and punched Xalgon, dealing 30 damage. "Gah?!" Mega Man noticed how much damage Xalgon had to endure from L-365. "Target Xalgon on brink of death. Onslaught shall continue."

Flies backwards and lands on back. Xalgon slowly gets up, slightly shaking. "You, will pay." Charges then leaps to L-365's position and uses 3 Slash Combo.

Mega Man quickly shot L-365 to "finish" him off. L-365 crumbled, and rose back up once more, this time looking rather heavy. "This world hates me. I hate this world. I shall not die. This world shall die. Dr. Light shall soon see the light to heaven. Dr. Wily shall soon be swimming in lava. I shall live satisfied." L-365 murmured something and a dark figure of Xalgon appeared.

So he chanted at an extremely fast pace, sending a light arrow at Mega Man, dealing 75 damage, and blinding Mega Man, making him unable to attack the next turn. "Agh! That arrow...!" "Pain detected. Excitement increased. Continuing to cause pain on Mega Man and Xalgon."

Mega Man is recovering from the blinding light. L-365 grinned, and took notice of Xalgon's remark. "Death count shall rise to one after you." L-365 summoned a brown orb and slammed it against the ground. The cracks summoned rocks that flew towards Mega Man, dealing a totaled 100 damage. "Looks like L-365 forgot the first rule about fighting...never underestimate the looks of an opponent..." Mega Man smirked, and then immediately kneeled down from pain. "L-365 doesn't make errors. Victory guaranteed."

"A non-responsive body or no body shall result in death without a heart." Mega Man was actually charging during that last turn, and decided to release the partly charged Mega Buster, dealing 50 damage and actually finishing L-365 off. "Activate Light Labs teleport for L-365!" As Mega Man watched L-365 teleport away, he turned to face Xalgon, and smiled. "Good to know I have someone else to fight along side." Suddenly, Wily appeared in his saucer! "L-365 was defeated?! Augh...I knew I should've corrupted him when he was completed...just you wait, Mega Twerp!!" Wily flew away from the island without any signs that he was here just a second ago. Mega Man scanned the area. "It appears that there are still a few Heartless on this island. I've gotta take care of them before I take off." Mega Man noticed that the Heartless were gathering around the duo. "Perfect! I don't even have to search for them!" Eddie suddenly teleported in and gave Xalgon an energy tank, refilling his HP to full, and Mega Man a large energy capsule, healing half of Mega Man's full HP. Mega Man identified the three Heartless as two Hunters, and one Hunter-X. Mega Man looked at the scanner one last time, and noticed that there was an unidentified person/thing around.

"Everything has it's limits. But this is a little bit ridiculous..." Mega Man decided to make this fight a little bit easier by using the Quick Boomerang to deal 40 damage to all of the enemies. The two hunters shot the duo, dealing 20 damage to the duo. Hunter-X spun rapidly and rammed into Mega Man, dealing 50 damage.

Mega Man used the Quick Boomerang once more to finish off the remaining Heartless. "Mission Accomplished. Reporting back to the lab." Mega Man teleported back to the lab, leaving Xalgon to wonder around the cleansed island.

Thinks to himself. "This world, it's probably just one of many others, controlled by darkness." He finds a high perch to rest on as he looks over the beach. "I am suprised to be the only Keyblade wielder here, for now." He brings up a Corridor of Darkness and enters it, then it disappears.
