Name of Weapon: Long Sword

Type of Weapon: Sword

What does it do: Used for melee combat, it's one of the main staples of the Assassin's arsenal.

Long or short range: Short

History: Altair received this at the same time as his other weapons upon joining the Assassin's Brotherhood. All assassins that join the Brotherhood are given a sword, but Altair's was given to him by Musef, the leader of his Brotherhood. He keeps it holstered at his side, ready to be drawn at any time.
