What does it do: Makes me faster and stronger. (I can use 3 dice rolls, and if I have the Steel Crushers on, I do 4, but I rarely use weapons in forms)

History: Knuckles was guarding the Master Emerald. He saw the green Chaos Emerald falling from the sky and caught it. He took it over with him back to the Master Emerald and sat it on it. The Emeralds glew and Knuckles turned into this.
