What does it do: It allows mario to freeze and walk over water, can shoot ice, (3dice.) and can freeze the opponment for 2 posts if he jumps on them. All fire damage does double and all Ice and water damage does half. Also Mario cannot use Cape Deflect in this form.

History: This is basically a frozen version of the fire flower. Mario was walking around in the bee world and their was a waterfall but he couldn't find a way to get to get to the platform over it. So Mario walked around it intill he found an ice flower. Then when Mario froze and walked over the water the water froze with it. So mario tried to freeze the water fall and it worked. He then climbed the water fall and made it to the star at the top.

What does it do: It allows Mario to shoot Ice insted of Fire. 3 Dice Rolls, 5 Skill Points. Mario can freeze an enemy for 2 of their posts. 10 Skill Points. Mario can make an ice wall to protect himself from an attack. 10 Skill Points. Note: This will not protect Mario from Fire attacks, or Final Smashes. All Fire damage does double, and all water and ice damage does half.

How much Skill Points: 5 Skill Points a turn.
