Name of Skill/Ability: Bullet Seed

What does it do: Shoots a barrage of seeds at an opponent (3 dice rolls)

History: I was in a forest in Sinnoh and Ivysaur was with me. Ivysaur heard something moving in a nearby bush and ran to it. An Oddish ran out of the bush and dropped a TM, bullet seed.
