What does it do: Fights with Hitmontop

Long or short range: Both

History: Wes took his first visit to the Johto region and found a lone Tyrogue. Tyrogue put up a great fight to get away, but Ninetails finished him. After Wes caught Tyrogue, He started raising it. Later after training, Tyrogue evolved into Hitmontop.
