History: Luca found a TM in the Pokémon Mansion in Kanto. He taught it too Froslass and then Froslass knew Ice Beam.

What does it do: Froslass shoots a beam of Hyperness xD at the enemy. The damage depends on 4 Dice Rolls. Can only be used 2 times in a battle.

History: Luca found a TM in the cave where Articuno rested. It was underwater, but thanks to Marill, Marill went underwater to get the TM. After that Luca taught it to Froslass and Froslass knew Hyper Beam.
