What does it do: Mario can use his Cape to cancel an up front attack, or deflect any ranged attack and send it back to his opponement. (Cannot block or delfect Final Smash's)

How much Skill Points: 20

History: The first time Mario used this is when he had his Cape and was about to get hit by Bowser's Fire. At the last second he swiped his cape in front of the fire and it went back and hit Bowser. This has been used in Super Smash Bors. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl as a special move used by Mario to turn his enemies around and to deflect ranged attacks back at his enemies.
