Strenghts: Can freeze enemies for 2 posts, can fly, attacks are increased by 3.

Weaknesses: Megaman will recieve in this form double the damage from Fire-based moves. (*scared voice* that means Mario's FIREBALLS >.<)

SP cost: 15 per round

History: Megaman joined Starforce Pegasus to kick the d*** butts from Dr.Willie's Navies, Viruses and Robots. The Pegasus form is Megamans favourite form. He often and I think always uses this form at critical HP rate. He likes this form because he can freeze opponents nd then hit them with all might. Also when in Pegasus form Megaman's personality changes to "cool". In Leo "angered" and in Dragon "eager"

How much SP does it cost per turn? You didn't add that to the template...
