History: Megaman trained with his Multibuster it's Charge power. But it's almost impossible for him to charge because the MultiBuster wasn't made for charging. It was only made for Multi Shootang at the same time. So over Nights and Days he mantained his weapon until it was able to charge. As Higsby's Navi, Numberman, saw that the MultiBuster was charged at Megaman's Arm, he asked: "Could we borrow your Buster and copy the Technology to create more and to sell them? If yes you will gain 50/50." Megaman replied negative because he wants the weapon to be one-of-a-kind with the Plasma Barrage.
