Weaknesses: His MegaBuster and MultiBuster can't be used in the Chaos Form. Double Damage from Light-Based attacks.

How much Skill Points: 20 Skill Points

History: Megaman was once going to an nknown Net he never been before. He went in and saw flying souls. Rumors say that when a soul goes into a Navi's heart. The Navi will have access to ultimate power. And that happened to Megaman. A soul went into Megaman's heart and gave him access. The drawback from the Chaos Form is that Megaman will gain double the damage from Light based attacks. So he wont use it to Light Battlers.

Because 15 Would be the same amount like Dragon and Pegasus. But this form is supposed to be stronger so I decided 20. If I were to choose 25 I would quickly run out of SP xD
