What does it do: It allows Mario to fly, Avoid one short ranged attacks and reduces all damage by 2.

History: In world 2-1 of super mario world an enemy was flying and Mario jumped on him and got a cape. With the cape Mario could fly for a long time and hit people with his cape.

What does it do: Mario can fly, all damage is reduced by 5, can pay an extra 5 Skill Points to use Mario Flying Combo where Mario sends the enemy in the air, hits him back and forth, and finally hits them to the ground. 3 Dice Rolls. Mario cannot use Fire Balls in this form. Jump costs no Skill Points. Mario's Cape Deflect only costs 10 Skill Points in this form.

How much Skill Points: 10 Skill Points a turn.
