Apperance: a bit like the standard, oh just look at the picture


What does it do: Makes him the dragon type

How much Skill Points: -5 additional SP every time Dracometeor is used but the form uses no points for the duration, just 20 points to summon Draco plate which causes the form

Special Attacks: allows him access to Draco Meteor (standard attack kind of thing but does double power) but it halves the power of his next post


History: Arceus created the plates but when he went into his thousand year slumber, they were scattered accross Sinnoh, If he wants to change form then he has to summon the plates. He only knows where one plate is (Draco) however after about 100 more posts, he may find another. But which one?..

Hmm... I'm not really sure about how much SP this should cause. Will you make it 20 SP to access?
