Name of Form:Guardian Form

Apperance:Storm floating with rainbow fur (not blinking like hyper sonic's,just lines of every color of the rainbow

What does it do:When storm gets all chaos emeralds and the ultimate lightning sword,he transforms! he then gets 500 HP but SP stays the same (But regains after transformation). His sword is now also rainbow,turned into the guardian sword.

How much Skill Points:all and Storm will KO in 8 turns

Special Attacks:Guardian Slash-100 damage 110 SP, Rainbow beam-70 damage,80 SP, Regenerate-Storm stays idle for 3 turns before generating full health (rememeber,he only gets 10 turns),Cosmic Storm 200 damage 245 SP

History:When in danger with th ultimate sword,Storm will try to save himself with the chaos emerlads. His most powerful form,The guardian form will get the job done on a strong oponent

Alright, well you need a History, but you probably just wern't able to think of one yet. As for the Transformation could you bump it down to 8 of Storm's turns please? Also, could you make the Cosmic Storm attack have some sort of base SP cost please?
