What does the Vehicle do: Lets Mega Man jump into the sky, and come crashing down. Helpful for getting to high ledges. Also to enemies does 30 damage. Costs 5 units of Rush out of 40.

History: A few days after Mega Man was created, Dr. Light also created a dog named Rush. This acted as the 'family' dog, and even acted like a regular dog in many ways. Like he gets fleas, chases his tail, and loves his favorite food. Of course, Dr. Light also prepared Rush for battle, as he built in a springboard inside Rush, and Rush may use it whenever he wanted. He can also use different abilities, but I'm not going to spoil them!
