Name of Vehicle: Rush Jet

What does the Vehicle do: It allows Mega Man to fly in the air freely. It also allows Mega Man to stay out of battle for a turn or more depending on how many Rush Units Mega Man wants to sacrifice. 1 turn for 10 Rush Units. Rush only has 40 units, so this may be dangerous.

History: Mega Man, who was originally created to act as a son and housecleaning robot by the name of Rock, also had a sister named Roll, who is still a housecleaning robot as well as a daughter to Dr. Light. But after Dr. Wily stole the six robot masters, Cut Man through Elec Man, Dr Light decided Mega Man needed a little more assistance. So he made Rush. Rush is a robot dog who is helpful in many ways. He also acts like a regular dog. Rush can turn into a spring, a jet, and many other things. Dr. Light, however, finished only Rush Coil on time, the spring. Dr. Light needed more time as Mega Man had to defend the city once again. After defeating 4 of the robot masters that were attacking the city, Dr. Light finished the jet, and another one, the submarine.
Dr. Light would need more time to finish the others though. And that brings us to today.

How do you get Rush Units? Are they always there or does Rush have to be around for them to be able to come into affect? Also, can you attack while avoiding damage?

I cannot attack while dodging, and Rush works the same way as Mega Man works, only when I roll the dice, it gets multiplied by 5 only, rather than 10. Rush does have to be around for this to happen however. I cannot summon Rush during a boss, or an enemy over 500HP.
