Shadow Flare,50 damage,60 SP

History:In Megaman 8,on the third level of Wily's base,Bass uses Dark Matter and turns into Dark Form. His appearance changes,and he gets all these new powers. Though,after Megaman beats him,he makes a grammar fail and says "Bass,Why you don't understand?" XP
Err,on that matter,this is a powerful form,but disappears after all Bass' SP is gone. So basically,this form is only great when in danger.
