Lost In The Echoes

Tsumetai found himself in an unfamiliar place. It was a village filled with....ninja. Tsumetai had heard about them before but he never thought he'd actually see one. He looked down at the paper in his hand then at the trees. ” How the hell did I end up in this situation? And what the hell is this thing? Hmm it has the letter C on it. Dammit this is what I get for so-” thought process was cut short when he saw 2 man dressed in black. ”He's the one. Sword, bad clothes and looks confused. Yep let's kill him.” Tsumetai quickly slashed one of them and stabbed the other one.

Mega Man came in with Quick Boomerang, knocking out both of the ninjas. "Good to see you again!" Mega Man smiled and gave Tsumetai a thumbs up. "This place used to be very relaxing...and now I guess ninjas wreck havoc. Let's say we run them out of this once peaceful area, shall we?"

Fawful, on his hovercraft, flew down next to Mega Man and Tsumetai. "Ninja's arn't being very stelthy today, are they? They are just walking around li-" Fawful started, before he saw 3 ninjas look at them. "We better go..." Fawful said, and started to slowly walk away.

Tsumetai watched as Mega Man and Fawful arrived. He agreed with what Fawful said about leaving. ”Well guys nice to see you two. I really don't know this place all too well but when I got here someone gave new this.....scroll thing and a small backpack. Of course they said don't look into it. Just deliver it. So now we- ” Tsumetai sentence was cut short as two more ninja showed up with one large shinobi as their leader. ” So I tried asking nicely before now we're just going to take that backpack.”

"Obviously you've got it all wrong! He's been trying to deliver this backpack!" Even though Mega Man didn't want to believe this, he knew the ninjas wouldn't listen to him. So he sighed and used a Quick Boomerang, dealing 40 damage to all of the foes. "For being ninjas, isn't your specialty being stealthy?" Mega Man questioned the opponents.

Fawful grinned. "Not even ninjas can dodge this..." Fawful said, and he shot an extremly fast green energy ball at one of the ninjas. The ninja was elericuted, and fell on the ground. Fawful shot a curious look at the remaining ninjas. "For people called the masters of stealth, you are pretty slow..." Fawful said, laughing. He knew the battle would be over as soon as he said "Bread Sandwichs".

The Shinobi looked at Mega Man and Fawful. He formed a few hand signs and his fist started to glow. ”Stealth is a ninja specialty. It is our greatest weapon. Which is why we don't waste it on trash.” The Shinobi charged Fawful and Mega Man dealing a boosted 50 damage to both of them. ” This is strength.” Tsumetai was attacked by the second ninja dealing 25 damage to Tsumetai. Then Tsumetai slashed the ninja dealing 10 damage to . I don't know what you guys want with this backpack but whatever it is we won't let you get it.” ” The 2nd Ninja forme[ d some hand signs and yelled ”Water wall jutsu” forming a water wall barrier around him and the shinobi at the cost of not attacking next turn.

Mega Man noticed the barrier, and decided to use this turn to charge his buster. "I've stopped more skilled than you! My weapon charging is your only warning! Retreat now, or pay the price!" Mega Man knew the battle was in their favor at the moment. They'd have to pull out better tricks in order to have a chance.

Fawful looked at the two ninjas. They clearly knew they would lose the battle. Fawful could tell from their eyes, for he couldn't see the rest of thier face. "You might as well give up now and run to fight another day. I don't think I've ever said that before..." Fawful said as he smiled. This battle was truely over.

Tsumetai agreed with Mega Man and Fawful. He wasn't the cocky one but this situation was different The . ”You so called shinobi are done for stop stalling for time. Just give up.” water wall dropped and the barrier as, well. ”Your right we give up.” The large shinobi held his hands up above his head. A drop of blood fell from his wrist. He smiled and moments later slammed his hand on the ground and a large falcon appeared. ”Ha ha. This so far from over. We have already claimed this village as ours. You three are in my world. You can't go anywhere without me knowing. Just know I'll be watching.” Both ninja jumped on the falcon and flew away. ” Well that was weird. Should we.......just look and see what's in this backpack? ” Tsumetai waited for the others to agree or disagree.

"Sure." Mega Man responded, unsure whether or not the ninjas would mess with them once again.

Fawful looked at Tsumetai, shaking his head. "Nah, lets leave it on the ground for the ninjas guys to capture." Fawful said sarcastically. He sat there, waiting for Tsumetai to see what was inside the backpack.

Tsumetai sat the backpack down and slowly opened it. He was hesitant to open it but after a few deep breaths he opened it. There was a vile of blood. It had a label on it with nothing but the number 25 on it. There was also a note: ”Took you while to open it. Now that you have the mission starts. I am located in the highest building on the top floor. You nor you associates can fly, hover, levitate anything like that. You are to walk or run. You also have three hours to get here. There will also be many many more shinobi along the way. I hope to see you soon. Signed ”O”. Tsumetai handed the letter to Mega Man and Fawful. Soon as he did three more shinobi appeared. ” Its go time.”

"More ninjas?" Mega Man very quickly decided to switch to Quick Boomerang and shoot all of the enemies for 40 damage. Around that time, a purple robot teleported in and started up a DD Combo on the Shinobi, dealing 30 damage. "Dave!" "Dr. Light finished my repairs so I can help Mega again." After the meeting, Mega Man looked around, and noticed a tree, held up only by some supporters. That tree doesn't look too sturdy...maybe if we can break it down...

"Hmm what's going on here?" A voice whispered. A man in a cloak appeared. He looked around and saw all of the enemies around him, plus Mega Man and a character he'd never seen before.
"Megaman? Is that you? I haven't seen you in forever. You may not remember me, but I'm Count Bleck"

Fawful looked at Count Bleck and frowned. Fawful didn't really like Count Bleck that much, but they needed all the help they could get. Fawful shot a green energy ball at one of the tree supporters, destroying it. He had no idea why he attacked it, but he trusted his con science. "This battle will be easier then the last one..." Fawful said, for he instintly knew why the tree should fall. It looked less sturdy, and if they managed to knock it down, it would fall right over the ninjas. Fawful looked at the tree and waited.

Bleck shot a ball of dark energy at the tree and waited to see what happened.

Tsumetai watched as someone he hadn't seen before showed up. He didn't bother to ask who the new guy was Tsumetai just went with it. The shinobi who looked to be in charge spoke. ”Well well this isn't fair. 5 against 3. I say we even the odds.” The large shinobi raised his hand and two more ninja appeared. Two ninja performed several hand signs and lighting formed around their hands. They moved faster than most eyes could follow. They attacked Mega Man and Fawful dealing 50 damage to each of them. ” Now the guy with the backpack is to be kept alive. Do what you want with the rest.” Tsumetai had to think he wanted to help but a fight of this size would take up a lot of his time. He turned towards Mega Man. ”Hey this paper said I have 3 hours. That was 20 minutes ago. I hate to leave a fight but I know you guys can handle them” Tsumetai grabbed the backpack and ran fast as he could.

Mega Man used the Quick Boomerang, dealing 40 damage to all of the opponents. Dave shot the remaining tree supporter, causing the tree to collapse on the group of ninjas, dealing 200 damage to them all, and taking them all out. The group quickly rushed after Tsumetai, with Mega Man knowing that inside a building, they'll be no help from the surroundings.

Fawful laughed. "That was quicker then I thought it would be..." Fawful said, and he ran after Mega Man and Tsumetai. He knew that the paper was important, but he wasn't sure if the man who wanted to meet them was to be trusted. He continued to run, before he fianally caught up to them.

Tsumetai ran as fast as he could. He noticed he had an hour left. He saw Mega Man and Fawful behind him. all of this then...” Tsumetai stopped mid sentence when he saw two people arrive in black cloaks with ”Hey guys an idea what to do when we meet this guy? I'm all for a fight but if he's arranged He stopped mid sentence when two men arrived in black cloaks with red clouds on them. ”You know the rules leave the guy with the backpack alive. He is....special.” Tsumetai grabbed the backpack tightly and looked at them. ”Why am I so damn important?” The two didn't speak as they performed several hand signs before summoning a giant rhino. ”Game on boys.”

A Corridor of Darkness appears on one of the tall buildings, then Xalgon walks out and it closes behind him, he turns his head looking at his surroundings.

Tsumetai drew his sword and held it tightly. Just as he was about to a voice spoke loudly. ”Let him go. He made it with the package. Now sorry for my shinobi they can a tad bit aggressive. Now the blood if you will.” Tsumetai opened the package and handed the vile over. ”Good. I'm not surprised you kept it safe after all it does belong to your friend K. I should explain. First off my name is Osamu and I'm a bit of an experiential with.....well people. K is not the first more will he be the last.” Osamu pressed a button and several bodies appeared. ”See K is nothing more than a.....host. This time we have a better form to work with. This maybe alot to take in so take your time I have work to do.” Tsumetai was speechless. He couldn't speak. He finally gathered enough energy to speak. ”How can you be ok with this? You experiment on people. And what do you mean we?” Osamu smiled as he inserted the blood into a body. Moments later his eyes opened. They were red and black. ”There we go. K now has the ability to control fire. I hope this was does better than the last one.” Out of the darkness Wesker appeared. ”Clearly this one can't be any worse.”.

Fawful was a bit confused. "Isn't it a bit cruel-wait, no it's not that cruel..." Fawful started to say before he remembered how many times he had tried to kill the Mario brothers, and the fellow residents of the bean-bean kingdom. Fawful then processed what happened, and got even more confused then he already was. "You expect us to trust you guys, or is this an elborate trap?" Fawful asked, for he got more confused every minute. He needed to know what was going on.
