What does it do: It doubles the allies attacks for 1 turn.

How much Skill Points: 15

History: When Giratina saw other people sharing and helping each other, he though that it would be kind for him to be kind. So then he learned Helping Hand, hepled other allies in battle, and almost won every battle.

Well I actually think he should make it cost 15 Skill Points because it doubles the next attack, like Goku's Kaio-Ken. So please make it cost 15 Skill Points and then it's approvable. Sorry about that, just keeping it fair. Very Happy
